Corson Fiske is actively hiring experienced professionals across tax, accounting, restructuring, corporate advisory and corporate finance. We are looking for people who have built solid technical foundations at a major firm, specialist boutique or in-house, and who are now ready for a role with more direct client exposure, more partner-level mentorship and more meaningful ownership of outcomes.

The value proposition for experienced hires at Corson Fiske is simple: smaller teams, bigger matters, direct partner access, and a genuine say in the work you take on. We do not run multi-layered engagement teams where senior associates spend their time on review cycles and administration. Our engagements are sized so that experienced hires can lead workstreams, present to clients, and make the judgement calls their level warrants.

We are not a training firm for people who want to spend five years before seeing a client. We are also not a churn firm that burns out hires on unreasonable utilisation. Who we hire

We recruit experienced professionals across all eight of our practice areas: restructuring and turnaround, corporate advisory, communications, technology, accounting and tax, legal (through Corson Fiske ILP), corporate finance, and intellectual property. Typical backgrounds include Big Four advisory, specialist restructuring firms, independent corporate finance houses, boutique tax practices and in-house commercial roles.

We are particularly interested in professionals with three to fifteen years of post-qualification experience who want more direct client work and partner access than their current role provides. If you are technically strong, commercially confident and tired of the politics of large firms, there is a good chance we would be a good fit.
