Corson Fiske ILP is the incorporated legal practice that delivers Corson Fiske’s legal capability. The firm operates as a full-service commercial practice with particular depth in corporate governance, insolvency and debt recovery, technology law, financial services regulation, property and development, and international trade. Lawyers at Corson Fiske ILP work closely with Corson Fiske’s tax, restructuring and corporate advisory teams on integrated client engagements.

For lawyers, this is an unusual environment. Who we hire

Corson Fiske ILP recruits solicitors at all levels — from graduates and first-year lawyers through to senior associates and special counsel. Applicants should have strong academic records, genuine interest in commercial legal practice, and a willingness to work across the intersections of law, commerce and tax. Prior experience at a top-tier or mid-tier commercial firm is valued but not essential; what matters most is the quality of thinking and the commitment to client outcomes.

We are particularly interested in hearing from lawyers with experience in insolvency and debt recovery, technology and data law, financial services regulation, property and construction disputes, and commercial litigation. Applications from lawyers in related jurisdictions — particularly Singapore, Auckland and Auckland — are also welcomed.
